AI consulting · Built for small companies
Everyone can see what modern AI makes possible. Almost nobody knows how to actually get it. We build it into the way your company already works, and we ship the system, not a slide deck.
01 — The gap
The models are the commodity. The implementation is the hard part.
Every company has read the same headlines and reached the same conclusion: AI should be making us faster. Then the trail goes cold. A few licenses get bought, a few people paste things into a chatbot, and the day-to-day looks exactly like it did before.
That isn't a technology problem. The technology is sitting right there. It's a translation problem. Getting from "AI could help here" to a system that runs on Monday takes engineering, and it takes someone willing to learn how your business actually operates. That's the whole job.
02 — How we work
Narrow and deep beats broad and shallow. We'd rather fix one thing you feel every day than gesture at ten things you don't.
We sit down with you and learn how the work actually gets done. Not the org chart, the real thing.
We identify where AI produces real leverage in your operation, and just as importantly, where it doesn't.
You get a full proposal for that specific wedge, covering scope, approach, and what changes when it lands.
We ship it into your stack and make sure it holds up under a real week of work.
03 — What we build
We don't have a product to sell you. Each engagement produces something built for one company's actual workflow. Usually a combination of the below, aimed at a single facet of the business.
04 — Who we are
Both founders come out of aerospace, where that distinction is the difference between an aircraft that flies and one that doesn't. We took the idea to operations: if what we build adds friction to your day, it failed, no matter how impressive the technology behind it is.
05 — Start
The first conversation is just us learning how your operation runs. If we don't see a wedge worth building, we'll say so.
